I have a 2023 Cadillac XT4 and I am looking at the Curt Trailer Hitch C39FR. Will the rear panel be able to hide this hitch?

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C39FR will be concealed by the rear panel when you are not using the hitch on your 2023 Cadillac XT4. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your XT4 with included hardware.
I have attached an installation video and some photos of the hitch with and without the cover for you to check out.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118795 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
