My research shows that your 2006 Ford F-150 should have a trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver which is the perfect size for the AMG Alabama Hitch Cover # AMG100024.
Please be advised that if you plan on using this on a different vehicle as well they also need a 2 inch receiver for this to fit.
