I have a 2015 Honda CRV with factory roof racks and crossbars — will Thule Hullavator kayak racks mount directly to my Honda OEM roof rack and crossbars?

The reason for this is that the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs # TH898 requires a roof rack where the crossbars extend 4"-8" past the roof rack feet.

For your Honda OEM roof rack, I recommend the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier and TelosXL Load Assist w/ Tie-Downs # MPG114MD-351XL. This will provide you with a J-Style kayak carrier with load assist that is compatible with your current roof rack.
