Will this support a roof top tent ARB Esperance 123lb. Will be using on a cab of a 2022 Tacoma double cab.

Yes, the Thule Evo Feet part # TH145107 do have the weight capacity for a roof top tent like the ARB you mentioned. The other components needed to install the rack on your 2022 Toyota Tacoma double cab would be the # TH711420 and # TH710501.
This rack has a dynamic weight capacity of 165 lbs which is how much weight it can carry when travelling where bumps exaggerate the weight on the rack but the static capacity would be much higher which is the capacity when parked and you'd have your tent on it. That number isn't specified but Thule has assured us it can handle a roof rack tent with people in it.
