Are there brackets made to mount Thule Xsporter rack for Tundra with a deck rail system?

I do have an option for you but the Thule Xporter Pro Ladder Rack is not compatible with a 2018 Toyota Tundra with the Deck Rail System. That said, we do offer a similar style of adjustable upright ladder rack that is a confirmed fit in the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks part # Y01151-5968. This rack come with an adapter kit you need to attach to the factory deck rail system.
