I am looking for a simple extension hose that connects to the inner 100383-36-MBS 100383-60-MBS 37207-31465 Are these the right ones?

Yes, if you are talking about the inner of a propane regulator. The 3/8" male NPT fitting on the 3 hoses you asked about and are listed below, is the most common size for a regulator. But, there are some that use other sizes so you would want to verify that is what you have.
- Propane Hose # 37207-31465
- MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose # 100383-36-MBS
- MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose # 100383-60-MBS
The other ends of these hoses are 1/2" female fittings, again you would want to verify this is correct for your set-up.
