For your 2003 Suzuki Grand Vitara we have the Malone Runway 3 bike rack part # MPG2142 as a confirmed fit that would work great. It is a 3 bike and you specified a 2 bike but using a 3 bike rack to carry 2 bikes gives you a little more room to work with and makes loading/unloading bikes easier. There isn't a 2 bike option that fits.
