There could be a number of reasons why your Furrion RV Stereo is not playing sounds through zone 1 or zone 2, however the most common reason is usually due to a wiring issue.
If you know your speaker is good, you can use a circuit tester # PTW2992 to test the stereo speaker port to see if there is any power being received.
If you are getting power, then there is an issue somewhere with the speaker wire. You're also going to want to test the wire along its length, looking for frays, pinches, or exposed wire.
Additionally, if you're not showing power to the speaker port, then you might may have a speaker or speakers that are going out and would need to be replaced.
