Hello How do I know if I have a tow package or not. Trying to figure out the right one to buy 2020 Nissan frontier. I do have the round plug next to my tow hitch Thanks

Based on the fact that you have a 7-way and a hitch on the back, it is likely you have the tow package on your 2020 Nissan Frontier. Regardless, this doesn't matter for brake controller installation.
Whether you do or do not have the factory tow package, you will have the factory tow port under the dash to plug a custom wiring harness into. Assuming you want to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR you were looking at you will also need the # RED39FR wiring harness.
