I am looking for the part number and source for a replacement lock assembly or tumbler for the Sears X Cargo Sport 20 made in 2012. Someone drilled out the lock tumbler when they lost the key.

You could use the Replacement Lock Cylinder and Premium Key for Thule One-Key Systems # 1500004217 in the lock core slot of your Sears X Cargo Sport 20 that is missing a lock core. To install the core you would need to use the change key part # 853-1251.
