What angle do swan shaped equalizers need to be at for installation?

Is there an angle that the equalizers are set at to properly function. Kit no. Ap302-h302. Triple axle

The equalizers in the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # AP302-H302 do not get installed in any specific angel. As you can see in the attached installation video, you will install the equalizers and springs hand tight until everything is in place. The equalizers will be at the required angel/orientation at this point, and you can go ahead and torque the equalizer bolts down and then torque the springs down.
