Question:
Will this fit a 2003 toyota tacoma?

Expert Reply:
Even though the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Multi-Fit # C13900 is designed to fit a number of vehicles, we do not show it as a fit for your 2003 Toyota Tacoma (even with modifications).
For your truck I instead recommend looking at the Curt Class III # 13013. This hitch is actually custom designed to fit your Tacoma and it'll attach without needing to drill into the frame. Curt uses a really robust powder coat that we've seen last longer than those from other manufacturers and it's made right here in the USA.
I've attached an install video on your truck that you can also follow along with. All the necessary hardware will be included.
