Just purchased the Stealth 2inch hitch for my Tesla 3. It seems to hang pretty low. Could I put the hi-lowfoot on to give me a lift?!

You could use a high low adapter like the adjustable Blue Ox Adjustable Drop Hitch Adapter part # BLU34TR which can give you up to a 4 inch lift for your hitch accessories in the Stealth hitch part # 391TES317 that fits your 2022 Tesla Model 3.
