My old motor has 2 more wires going to the module.what do I do with them

Your control module # LC301702 should have a 2-pin connector coming from the harness that will connect to your Replacement Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC301695.
The 4-pin wiring harness # LC301692 will plug into your control module as well, and splice into your RV's wiring.
The color code is as follows:
-White Wire - Will connect to a power switch,
-Yellow Wire - Will connect to a power source that is only hot when the ignition is ON,
-Red Wire - Will connect to your RV's battery,
&
-Brown Wire - Will connect to your door switch.
