Will Thule TracRac SR Work with Retrax Tonneau Cover On 2022 Ram 2500 6.5 Bed

I wanted to put a tracrac sr but the stake holes are covered by the retrax pro Mx for my 2022 Ram 2500.. Is it alright to drill through the retrax rails to get access to stake holes and mount the tracrac sr? Any concerns with that? Any other options?

I do have an option for you but the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack won't work with the Rextrax Hard Tonneau Covers. That said, if you replace the rails on the cover with the Side Rails for Retrax XR Series Hard Tonneau Covers part # RTX59FR which have accessory slots you can use a ladder rack like the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover part # Y01151-5955.
