Do the wheels need to be removed to install RoadActive Leaf Spring Enhancement On 2021 Silverado?

Can you lift one side of the vehicle at time as if changing a flat tire in order to install the system then do the same on the other side?

While I see where you are coming from, you will actually need to remove the rear wheels in order to install the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS4611 on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. This is because you wouldn't have the necessary room for installation if you did not remove the wheels. That said, installation is very simple as you can see in the attached demonstration video.
