I have a solution for you but there are no bike carriers for 3 E-Bikes that are rated to be used behind a 5th wheel trailer. There is nothing available that will support that much weight behind a 5th wheel trailer. Instead, I recommend using the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR for 2 of your E-Bikes and finding another way to transport your third. This carrier has the capacity to carry two E-Bikes weighing up to 80 lbs apiece. It can fit tires up 5" wide. This rack is frame mount so you won't have to worry about damaging any fenders you may have.
We also have a front mount hitch that is confirmed to fit both the diesel and gasoline models of your 2019 Ram 3500.
