Is Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire Directional

Question:

I just received my Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C, tires I ordered from you the other day. There are two painted lines on the tread center line is white, the one next to it is red also completely around the tire. Does it matter which side of the tire faces out? Are they directional, like some other trailer tires that I have on my boat or RV, which have a large arrow for facing forward? Thank You

Thank you for your purchase of the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM10244! This tire is not directional so it is safe to mount it facing either way and these tires can be mounted on either side of your trailer.

I think those lines are Kenda's way of checking the tread before sending the tire out.
