Can the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover Be Painted

Question:
I have a homemade trailer which I call my John Deere Trailer because its painted JD Green and Yellow. So, can this hub cover be painted in JD Green because my wheel is painted JD Yellow. If so what is the process in order to do this? Also, I have another trailer that has white wheels but the metal frame is painted in Massey Ferguson Red. So, I would like to paint these hub covers Red. Do I need a particular primer and finishing paint in order for the hubs to hold this paint. I do have access to a sandblaster. I dont know whether the white is painted on or is part of the hub mixture when they are molded together. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes, you can paint the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover for Trailer Wheels # PXQT655WHN. I contacted the manufacturer to verify this.
They said you would just need to sand them down a little and then paint them.
