Recommended 7-Way Wiring Harness for a Curt Echo Brake Controller

Question:

I purchased from you a hitch and flat 4 wiring harness that enabled me to trailer my boat. I would now like to pull a small travel trailer that has electric brakes and requires a 7-way wiring harness. My son purchased from you a Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller that I would like to use on my truck. I need to convert my 4-way flat to a 7-way round connector. Do I need to purchase the entire 7-way harness or can I just purchase just the two connectors and round 7-way plug that connects in the rear of truck. I have already purchased and installed the relays/connection upfront in right cab area. Thanks

To add a 7-way connector to your 2022 Nissan Frontier all you will need is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires item # ETBC7L. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your vehicle with an included bracket. This harness is made specifically to work with brake controllers like the Curt Echo item # C51180 that do not require a brake controller wire. This kit includes a heavy-duty, 40-amp circuit breaker that protects your vehicle's electrical system by preventing overload. With this harness you will be able to retain your 4-way connector.
