Today we're going to be taking a look at a 3 position adjustable channel bracket. This is designed for use with linet rings, adjustable channel couplers or clevis mounts. It's going to be constructed of 3/8" thick steel. It's a weld on installation so the channel bracket is going to get welded onto your trailer and provide the attachment point needed for your trailer mount. It's got the 4 hole design so that's going to allow for 3 different adjustment heights so you're going to have position 1, position 2, and position 3. When it comes to the capacity of the unit, we're going to be looking at 14,000 pounds.
A few measurements to go over with you real quick. I want to start with the overall height. Top to bottom, it's going to give us a measurement of, it looks to be right around 7 1/2". The inside width, inside edge to inside edge, it's going to measure right at 3". The overall width, outer edge to outer edge, we're looking at about 3 3/4".
The hole diameter, the holes here on the side, it's going to measure 5/8" in diameter and then the distance between each hole center on center is going to be 2". That's going to do it for today's look at the 3 position adjustable channel bracket.

Well designed and built for heavy duty use. Am installing because the farm-built trailer "A" frame wasn't the correct angle for standard couplers. Will make the trailer coupler height much more adjustable!

it will do what i want but the finish of the product was not as good as it could have been . after i got it welded on and painted it looks fine and im sure it will pull my trailer for many years .
