Is ok if the measurement between the two balls is 5 3/4” please help. Thank you

Yes, the Weld-On Sway Control Tab # C45822 will be okay with a 5-3/4" spread between the hitch ball and the Sway Control Ball # C36BR. The Reese Sway-Control Bracket # RP26003 has a 5-1/2" distance between the center of the bolt holes. The 5-1/2" is the narrowest measurement you want for most applications.
