Hi folks, I am looking for a single bike rack for my Aventon Pace 500, about 40 lbs. Any suggestions? None of your vids show how to mount a bike with fenders. Thanks.

I took a look at what we have for your Aventon Pace 500 bike rack, and I was not able to find a single bike rack that is compatible with fenders. All of our racks are wheel mounted, so bikes with fenders won't be compatible.

I do have a couple solutions for you, however.

If you really want to use a single bike rack, I recommend using the:

-RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike # RKY10007.

This rack will require that you remove the fenders, however. This rack also has a maximum weight capacity of 60-lbs, and can support tires up to 5" wide, which is more than enough capacity to carry your Aventon Pace 500.

If you didn't want to remove the fenders, then your only option is to use a larger bike rack that is compatible with fenders. If you're interested, I recommend the:

-Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202.

This bike rack is compatible with fenders, and has a maximum carrying capacity of 65-lbs per bike (130-lbs total for two bikes), and can support bikes with tires up to 3" wide.
