I recommend using the Brophy Rope D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # BR59FR on your 2019 Nissan NV200 SV. This D-Ring has a large plate that will provide a more stable mount and allow you to more easily slide large objects over the rings with less chance of catching. You will want to use the Backing Plate # BP12 if you are not mounting into solid steel framing. Each D-Ring is rated for a working load limit of 500lbs.
