I have a 2013 VW Bettle Diesel. Will these air springs fit my model

Helpful Expert Reply:
According to my research the 2013 Volkswagen Beetle diesel came with either a 1.6L or a 2.0L turbo diesel. The Firestone Coil-Rite Rear Air Helper Springs Part # F4176 will not fit the turbo-equipped Beetle. However, we do offer a similar kit from Firestone that will fit the turbo-equipped 2013 Beetle, part # F4175.
This Firestone Coil-Rite kit includes all parts required for installation (with no drilling necessary) and allows for manual inflation of the air bags. If you wish, Firestone offers both single- and dual-function compressors to allow for in-car adjustment. Part # F2178 is a dual-function unit that allows you to adjust each rear spring individually; part # F2158 is a single-function compressor that can adjust both springs equally. I have linked a video showing a compressor installation in case you are interested in this option.
It is necessary that these Firestone air springs always have at least 5 psi pressure in them at all times and a monthly pressure check is recommended by Firestone. Maximum pressure is 35 psi.
Installation requires an appropriately-rated jack, jack stands and wheel chocks. The rear wheels will be removed for installation. Coil-Rite springs will not increase the weight-carrying capacity of your Volkswagen Beetle.
