How to Decrease Movement on 2-1/2" Hitch with 2" Receiver Adapter with Bike Rack

Question:

My Ram came with a sleeve that sizes down the 2.5inch receiver to 2. I just got a 2inch bike rack. But the adapter sleeve is loose and causes the bike rack to move all over the place. Does anyone know of a shim or locking kit that could keep everything motionless? Thank you.

Yes! For a great option to increase the snugness of your bike rack with the hitch reducer, I recommend the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # RM-062. This accessory will be able to tighten to provide you with the extra tightness you need to eliminate movement with your rack's shank.
