While there isn't currently an aftermarket underbed puck system for your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty there is another underbed mounting option with the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1111-5W.
This underbed kit will allow you to have full bed access when not towing your 5th wheel. The turnoverball design will accept the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 20,000lbs # BWRVK3500-5W as well as a Turnoverball like # BWGNXA2010 to allow you to tow gooseneck trailers.
