Replacing 65 Amp RV Power Converter with Lithium Compatible Converter/Battery Charger

Question:
I currently have a WFCO 65amp power converter in my 5th wheel. I am changing out to a lithium converter but do not see a 65amp replacement. Everything I have read says to replace with same amp converter. Will the 60amp suffice?

Going with an even rated or higher converter would be your best option. You could go with a 60 amp rated one like the Progressive Dynamics part # PD9160ALV or the next higher option is 80 amps with part # PD9180ALV. It's better to have more amps that needed than not enough.
