I have 2004 jay feather jayco 18f camper can i increase the tire size 13inch to 14inch

Based on the amount of fender clearance I can see in the pictures you submitted you can easily go up to a 14 inch trailer tire size like with the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM32156. This has a higher speed rating and comes with a great 1 year warranty as well.
