No, the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR requires a 4" x 4" or 4-1/2" wide x 4" high bumper for installation.
The alternative to this would be to use a hitch mounted cargo carrier like the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98874. If you don't have a 2" hitch on your RV then you can install an adjustable fit hitch like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # C13704. This hitch fits a frame width of 22" to 66" Wide.
To know what your frame width is you'll just need to measure the distance between the inside of the frame beams. If yours falls outside of the 22" to 66" width of this hitch then let me know and I can find an alternative.
