Question:
I have a 2018 chevy lcf 5500xd. I want to put a brake controller on it. Are these pre wired for that? Do you sell a harness and controller that would work for it? Thanks,

Your 2018 Chevrolet LCF 5500 XD is based on the Izuzu platform. It is not pre-wired for a brake controller. You will have to hard wire the brake controller in this instance.
You will need to add a 4-way connector like the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness with Installation Kit, part # 119250KIT, to your vehicle. Next you will need to add the 7-way connector, Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires, part # ETBC7. The 7-way includes the functionality to power the brake controller.
The last thing you need is the actual brake controller. The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional, part # 90885, is one of our best selling brake controllers. This is due to its ease of setup and reliability.
I have included product description links, a video of the 4-way connector being installed, and video review links below.
