Question:
I have a question about the hole spacing. I notice one answer is that they are 2inch apart. I have a trailer with a pintle hook I want to replace. They are 5/8 Bolts and the hole spacing is 13/4inch center to center and 2inch outside to outside of the next hole. Is this going to work?

Expert Reply:
The industry standard for channel couplers is 2" spacing (center to center) with 5/8" holes. If you have something different then we would not have options for this and therefore I recommend simply welding on a new channel with standard spacing such as the Curt 3-Position Adjustable Channel Bracket part # C48610 which matches up with the Curt Channel-Mount Coupler part # C25328.
