I wanted to know if these wheels will withstand G rated tires and a pressure of 110 PSI

I checked with the manufacturer, and the max capacity is 2,200 lbs and psi is 75 for the Aluminum Sendel Series T07 Black Machined Trailer Wheel - 14" x 5-1/2" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM25DR.
That said, I'm not aware of any 14 inch load range G trailer tires, with the max being a 2,200 lb capacity load range D, the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10235 or Provider ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM2157514D.
