Can Erickson E-Track Tie-Down Kit be Used with 20 inch Wheel and Tire

Question:
Will this tie down system work on a 20 diameter tire? I am curious if the rubber anti-slip pads will be spaced too far apart and not be able to slip through the roller. EM58523-09162
