Question:

What slideout topper do I need for a slideout flange to flange measurement of 115”. Would prefer black. Can I use a wider, 1 size up, or will the arms be too long?

The Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000251461 that you were already looking at is the correct size for your 115" flange to flange measurement. You would not want to go a size larger as the extension rods that hold the roller tube to the slide-out wall won't have enough length to properly fit into the mounting brackets.

Speaking from my personal experience here, we had someone put a larger sized slide topper on than what they needed and just the very ends of the extension rods were in the mounting brackets. The tension from the roller tube bent the rods back and had them touching the flange of the slide-out.
