2014 F150 fx4 trailer with 610 hitch weight Using a 1000 hitch Is there a minimum amount of washers ? I cant get the bars parallel with the frame at 5 washers. The bars are a lot lower in the front at hitch and rest on the front of the rear l brackets.

There are not a minimum amount of washers that you will need for the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution #FA92-00-1000. The Sway-Control L-Bracket # FA93-02-5150 can be adjusted along with the link plates to position the brackets so the bars ride flat on the brackets. This will ensure that the parts are not easily damaged by only having contact on the edge of the L-Bracket.
