No, The Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders - Rounded Edges # HP64VR do not come with the backs that you weld onto the trailer. You will need to separately purchase The Backing Plate for Tandem Axle Trailer Fender # HP72FR.
The backing plate prevents water and road debris from hitting the side of your trailer. It is made out of a sturdy, 18-gauge steel.
