For the Gen-Y Glyder Shock Absorbing Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # 325-GH-12001, there is unfortunately no way that you'd be able to use a weight distribution system.
I do have another solution though. Sticking with a cushioned Gen-Y ball mount, the:
-Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank # GY54FR would work fantastic for you.
This ball mount has a maximum towing capacity of 10,000lbs, has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 400-1,100lbs, and is compatible with a weight distribution systems.
