I have a solution for you, but we do not have any metal U-clamps specifically designed for securing a generator to the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR.
We do have some U-bolts like the CE Smith U-Bolt # CE15253A which are 4" Long x 3-1/8" Wide with a 7/16" Diameter that can be used to help secure brackets, mounts and cargo. You would need some sort of bracket like the CE Smith Double U-Bolt Bolster Bracket # CE10191GA or you could source one locally from a home improvement store.
You could also use straps like the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases # 34414.
