Can the hullavator be installed on a car with no roof rack?

The Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs # TH898 installs on top of the vehicle roof with a roof rack (via clamps or channel inserts) and cannot be installed on a bare roof.
If you let me know the year/make/model of your vehicle I can see if we have a roof rack setup that will work for your vehicle and the Hullavator Pro.
