Yes it can; a 6x12 U-Haul trailer weighs 1,920 lbs when empty, so you can load it up to the 3,500 lb capacity of the hitch and your '20 Sienna (I do recommend verifying the towing capacity of your Sienna in your copy of the owner's manual). So you can indeed use the Curt hitch that fits to tow this trailer, which is the following part number:

Along with this hitch, the other things you will need for your 2020 Sienna to tow this trailer are a wiring harness, ball mount, and hitch ball. Here is exactly what you'll need, including a ball mount with 5" rise based off the height of the hitch and trailer coupler:
