Hi, Can I mix a bias ply tire with a radial tire on a single axle 5000# boat trailer? Thanks 225/75 15 6 lug wheel & tire

I would strongly recommend mixing a bias ply and a radial tire on the same axle of a trailer. The different constructions cause the sidewall to flex differently so it might cause unusual ride behavior. Now if you were stranded on the side of the road and that's all you had available...absolutely use it to get home but I wouldn't recommend it as an ideal solution. I would recommend a matching wheel and tire like with the Westlake ST225/75R15 part # LHAW124 which is a radial tire mounted on a wheel with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern like you need.
