will the 3/16size fit into rail of 2004 Keystone Sprinter or do I need 1/4 inch size ??

To know exactly what bulb size you'll need for your 2004 Keystone Sprinter you'll need to measure what you currently have. Manufacturers unfortunately don't list what they use and have been known to run out of one type of seal and just use whatever is on hand to finish the job.

You should be able to measure the track at least to see if the 3/16" Rubber Bulb Seal for RV Slide Out # SR79FR will be compatible.
