Yes, the Heavy-Duty Metal Mounting Bracket # BK55BB that you referenced would work with the Optronics Glolight Amber # MCL157AB or the Optronics Glolight Red # MCL157RB but you will need a grommet as well.

For that you would want a Round Grommet # A57GB.

For wiring up the lights you will want a Two Wire Pigtail for Sealed Trailer Clearance, Side Marker Lights # A46PB.
