Would you confirm the correct adapter rails for a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 - mega cab, short bed to mount the Curt CrossWing?

The Curt Crosswing # C86JR is compatible with ISR rails so is a multitude of options for your 2014 Ram 3500 with a 6-1/2' bed. If you have just a standard bed you'll want the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2605.

This rail kit has custom fit brackets that require no drilling into the frame to install, which will save a ton of time and frustration.

If you have an underbed puck system you'll need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C29BR. This adapter drops right into the pucks for a super quick installation for your 5th wheel hitch.

I do want to note that since you have a 6-1/2' bed that you will not be able to make a full 90 degree turn with the Crosswing and will need to be careful as to not have the nose of your 5th wheel come into contact with the cab of your truck. The solution to this would be a sliding hitch or a fixed hitch with a rotating pin box.
