Question:
Do you sell stealth applications for this vehicle that can be used for towing trailers. I believe the vehicle is rated to tow up to 7000lbs my actual need is 4000-6000lbs. Please advise.

We do have a Stealth hitch that is confirmed to fit your 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Wagon E450. The correct hitch would be the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # SH44GR.
This comes with the hitch itself as well as the towing kit you need to be able to use it to tow your trailers. The towing kit includes a ball mount, the safety chain loops, and the 4-way wiring. This also has a maximum towing capacity of 6,000 lbs and max tongue weight of 600 lbs. Make sure to consult your owner's manual for your vehicle's towing capacity.
Also, I'm assuming you are towing trailers with brakes. Since it only comes with a 4-way you would also need to add the # ETBC7 for a 7-way. This comes with the adapter, wiring, and everything else you need to upgrade the 4-way connection to a 7-way.
If you need a brake controller, I recommend the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180. This plugs in-line with the 7-way at the back of your vehicle. The braking power and manual override are controlled via the app on your phone. This will also allow you to store 5 vehicle-trailer profiles so you can easily switch settings between trailers.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
