hello, I bought a 100 ah lithium battery with these dimensions 10.6inch x 7.9inch x 8.2inch L x W x H Is there enough space with the screws inside? installed at the front of the trailer with propane. The box is waterproof?

Yes, the inside dimensions of the Tow-Rax Battery Box # TWSP12B that you referenced would easily fit your battery. The inner dimensions of the box are 11-25/32" long x 8-27/64" wide x 10-5/16" tall.
The box will easily withstand rain and normal wet climates but it would not be submergible so it's not technically waterproof.
