Is Rich Solar 30 Amp MPPT Charger Good Replacement for PWM Controller

Question:

I have a 2025 EPro e15rdg with controller GoPower gp-sb-pwm-30bt which is rated at a max 600w input. Two questions 1 Hole size not withstanding will this 30a MPPT controller be a good replacement for the PWM currently installed even though this is rated for a maximum 500w? 2 The old version of this product did not come with Bluetooth but the new model RS-MPPT30FB does. Both product numbers are listed on this item, can you confirm if this is the pro version that has Bluetooth? Thanks!

Hey MIke, yes the Rich Solar Bravo Flush 30 MPPT Solar Charge Controller # RS25FR that you referenced would be a great replacement for what you have. Even though it's a lower wattage it will still charge better because it is a MPPT style opposed to the PWM that you have now. This is for sure the version that has Bluetooth as well. We have the older part numbers listed on the page in case someone searches for that so we can get them to the current version.
