Looking for J style kayak vehicle roof racks that will fit on 2015 Subaru Outback factory crossbars

My favorite J-Style kayak carrier is the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # Y04073 because it looks sleek and is extremely easy to use. Most carriers use a two-piece clamp with wingnuts to install on the crossbars but the JayLow uses a horizontal clamping mechanism that can be locked with the Lock Core Kit # Y07202.
For a more economic option I recommend checking out the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878 which has the same basic functions but is a little more "clunky" since it has just the basics.
Either option will get the job done, I just like the JayLow due to the better quality.
