Lippert Jacks Not Working On Battery Or Generator But Work With Shore Power

Question:
I have a 2022 Stellar 5th wheel RV. Last weekend on our trip I went to retract the jacks and they tripped something and automatically reset but will not work on battery. I have a 400 AH lithium ion battery that works and runs even the microwave with no issue but when I try to extend or retract the jacks it trips and wont go. I tried using the generator and when I try to extend or retract the jacks it shuts off our permanently mounted Onin 5500w generator. Everything else works in the RV except the jacks seem to be causing an issue. The jacks work perfectly when on shore power but that wont help while camping.

I recommend checking the voltage of the battery when connected to shore power with a multimeter like # PT29ZR.
Your LCI leveling system should display the battery voltage to be around 13.6V. After you've confirmed the voltage, you're going to then want to charge your battery for about a day and try again.
If that still does nothing for you, I recommend taking your battery to get tested to ensure your battery isn't the issue.
If the battery tested fine, and your battery is fully charged, the last thing to do is check your electrical connections for anything loose, damaged or corroded.
If after this you're still having issues, let me know and we can troubleshoot further.
